People have been focusing too much on Barack Obama, president wannabe whose punchline is - Change you can believe in. Now will someone change the subject please. It has become too monotonous.

John McCain ain’t very old. He just happens to have passed the expiry date of allocated quality life of an average human. It would be one of the world’s most talked about miracles for a long time if he manages to win the presidency and go on to win for a second term! I hope such a twist in the tale does not happen to America.

Did you see the Paris Hilton for President ad? I thought that was hilarious yet it had some very good points. She looks clever to me than McCain at least and obviously has more ‘pull’ than Obama when it comes to celebrity status (on TV).

That’s not the point actually. I liked the intro of the ad that says it all for McCain’s age. I hope the video stays on Youtube because a few disappeared because of copyright claims.

What it says is that Obama is not perfect and nobody is! But Obama is a young fresh mind advocating for change! He is making an effort at using the technology that is changing the world everyday.

The world’s superpower cannot afford to have a president stuck in the old age leading the whole whole forward in this 21st century!

Give the youthful senator a chance.

Vote for change, vote for Obama!

Looks and age are the most important characteristics in a Miss Universe contest.

Reagan became president at the age of 70 and held the position with remarkable alacrity for two terms.

The presidential election is for a term of 4 years. If McCain wins and hold the position for a full term and steps out, he would be retiring 3 years younger than Reagan.

Being physically young is no guarantee for other qualities expected of a good president.

Well said R.M. Paulraj! Ageism is a major problem in this country, as evidenced by so many of these younger people’s comments and Karma is a bitch. With age comes experience and wisdom. None of which Obama has.

John, give Obama a chance? Not in this day and age, sorry. Maybe if the world wasn’t so messed up we could afford to take a chance.

They say we will be plunged into a huge depression during an Obama turn, and perhaps that’s what so many foreigners want for this country.

Age doesn’t matter if someone is in good mental and physical shape and has leadership qualities. As far as John McCain is concerned, he is in good shape, and looks good enough to run the country. Getting the Republican nomination without any contest shows the leadership qualities of the man.

Actually it is a great advantage for the Republicans that the Democrats could not come up with anything substantial to say against McCain, except age. It must also be understood that neither McCain nor Obama is responsible for their age.

I think age is not the issue in all this, its McCain’s memory lapses and his lack of modern technology skills.

Obama is trying to match along with everybody else learning and using the technology changing the world everyday.

McCain is instead relying on ”his people” and stuck in the olden times. Unbelievable that somebody stuck in the old times would comfortably LEAD others in this fast changing world.

The choice is yours: stay back in the old age or embrace life changing tech future improving and changing everyday lives!
